Minister of Education and Science Przemysław Czarnek has declared nuclear energy as the "energy sector of the near future" and believes that science must support business, entrepreneurship, and the economy. The ministry is taking a proactive approach to job creation, estimating that 100 specialist jobs will be created for each Small Modular Reactor (SMR) power plant built.
