Section 1: Introduction

1.1 Objective:

This Tender Document is issued to invite qualified and experienced bidders to submit proposals for the extraction of lithium from geothermal brine. The objective is to identify a suitable partner to provide a comprehensive solution for the lithium extraction project.

1.2 Project Overview:

Alphaxioms is committed to sustainable and eco-friendly practices and aims to harness the renewable energy potential of geothermal sources while contributing to the growth of the lithium-ion battery industry.

Section 2: Scope of Work

2.1 Technology Evaluation:

Bidders must provide a detailed evaluation of their specific lithium extraction technology, with preference given to Electrodialysis or Electrodialysis Reversal (ED/EDR). The proposal should include:

   a. Description of the technology, including a clear explanation of the extraction process.

   b. Theoretical and practical efficiency of the technology.

   c. Advantages over other lithium extraction methods.

   d. Sustainability and environmental impact assessments.

   e. Scalability and adaptability to geothermal brine characteristics.

2.2 Product Implementation:

Bidders should outline the product implementation process, including:

   a. Proposed project timeline and milestones.

   b. Technical requirements and specifications.

   c. Cost estimates for the entire project, including capital and operational expenses.

   d. Risk analysis and mitigation strategies.

   e. Support and maintenance services.

Section 3: Qualifications and Experience

3.1 History and Experience:

Bidders are required to provide a detailed account of their company's history and experience in the field of geothermal brine utilization, with a focus on lithium extraction. Include:

  a. A list of past and current projects related to geothermal brine.

   b. Relevant case studies or success stories.

   c. References from clients or partners in similar projects.

   d. Credentials and qualifications of the team members involved in the project.
