GreenFire Energy Inc and Yoiba Energy to Collaborate on Spanish Geothermal Projects

 GreenFire Energy Inc. and Yoiba Energy have inked a memorandum of understanding to collaborate on geothermal energy projects in Spain. 



The partnership focuses on utilizing GreenFire Energy’s GreenLoop™ technology for various geothermal endeavors, such as well retrofits and resource expansion. Spain's National Integrated Energy and Climate Plan targets 15 MW of geothermal power by 2025 and 30 MW by 2030. Yoiba Energy, specializing in energy supply for large industrial clients, is actively integrating innovative technologies for geothermal power generation in Spain. GreenFire Energy's GreenLoop™ is a closed-loop Advanced Geothermal System designed to access diverse geothermal and certain oil and gas resources economically. The collaboration aims to contribute to Spain's energy transition and climate goals.
