The asset was previously owned by EES Dravacell Energy , a company majority-controlled by London-based Cindrigo that filed for bankruptcy earlier this year. Oxley emerged as the sole bidder in the bankruptcy sale and secured the property for €400,000, double the initial asking price of €200,000, according to bankruptcy administrator Verko Kutleša in an interview with Jutarnji list.
